West Coast exercise buffs (of all levels) rejoice! Instagram's largest fitness event, City Shred, is coming to the Richmond Olympic Oval on November 16th, 2019, and we've got all the muscle-popping, sweat-your-pants-off details (plus, a $5 off promo code and a chance to win tickets to attend!).

Led by celeb trainer Dennys Lozada alongside Vancouver's top trainers and gyms, City Shred West Coast will test your strength, endurance, agility and speed as you complete a workout like no other, all the while creating content with old and new pals because, if it wasn’t documented, did it really happen?! There are prizes to be won ($2,000 worth in total, during the optional 9:30 a.m. burpee challenge), reps to do, friends to make and fun to have at this epic group-training experience (think of Instagram’s largest fitness social community brought to life, and connect with inspiring trainers, athletes, industry influencers and role models IRL). Trust us, this isn't your Wednesday 5 p.m. class; it’s a workout fuelled by teamwork and the energy of your peers to complete and reach your personal max.
