Unbun Vegan Pizza Crust
4 tbsp tomato puree
Pinch of oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cups mozzarella cheese (grated)
Fresh olives, mushrooms, pepper and onion to top
Preheat oven to 350 F. Cover your Unbun Vegan Pizza Crust lightly with tomato puree. Sprinkle oregano, salt and pepper, then sprinkle with cheese. Top with fresh olives, mushrooms, pepper and onion. (Tip: use your veggie toppings to create a monster face for added Halloween fun!) Place the pizza in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until cheese has melted. Once the cheese is melted, remove the pizza from the oven and serve warm.
