Steller’s Jay Pomegranate Sparkler Recipe (6 servings)
1 bottle Steller’s Jay Mountain Jay Brut
1 pomegranate or package of pomegranate seeds
8 oz pomegranate juice
6 sprigs of mint
1/2 cup of sugar (optional)
Place 1 teaspoon of pomegranate seeds in the bottom of 6 champagne flutes. Fill glasses half way with pomegranate juice. Top with chilled Steller’s Jay Mountain Jay Brut. Garnish with mint sprigs and lemon wedge. Optional tip: Use the lemon wedge to moisten the rim of a champagne flute and dip the rim in a plate of sugar for a sweet and sour rim!
